We're finally back to scheduling some in-person events!
Gabor Szarvas, in conjunction with Downtown Madison has organized a series of 6 outdoor classical guitar concerts which will be happening on the 2nd and 4th Fridays for June, July, and August at Lisa Link Peace Park at 452 State Street. Each session will have a featured performer, as well as some time scheduled for a handful of students and other performers to sign-up for a limited slot. Not quite the same as our Lakeside open mic "show up and play" model, but still an opportunity to play in public. Please contact Gabor ahead of time if you'd like to get a slot in the program.
